President Trump explained today how his administration is paying people to self-deport from the US and how this will give them, at some point in the future, a potential path back into the country if they are good people.

I wish I knew how much he’s paying people to self-deport, but at the end of the day it’s probably worth it. Biden paid people tons of money to come into the country, so I think I can handle paying people to leave. It’d no ideal, but every stick needs a carrot.
