Every single day on CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, the network news shows .. the liberal media is forecasting economic doom. They’ve been doing it non-stop since Trump took the oath after saying for MONTHS that Biden’s economy was pure gold and everyone’s inflation fears were selfish nonsense.

But now suddenly – with inflation DOWN by the way — they think the cost of goods matters, and use hypothetical future increases and other dire predictions to tell working Americans the economy is RUINED and recession is ALMOST HERE.

Because that’s what Democrats are saying. And they are Democrats and they answer to Democrats.

But all that doomsaying couldn’t be farther from the truth, and there’s ZERO chance a recession is looming, says National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett. This is great.

KUDLOW: Speaking of GDP I think you mentioned GDP and the economy. You’re saying there’s 100% no chance of recession?

HASSETT: Right now, the data are so strong, you’ve seen the jobs numbers, and we also as you know, when we’re in the White House we get to talk to CEOs and say what are you seeing with your orders and so on and people are really actually for it that things are moving way better than the media would have you believe. So I’m not saying that you can’t have a GDP number that’s a little bit disappointing or surprising GDP now still thinks that Q1 is weak but if you look at the blockbuster jobs numbers and the low inflation which takes all the pressure off for the federal reserve to be worried about they have to act because of inflation, then it’s really a sweet spot of growth right now, and I think it’s going to be even better in the second or third quarter because Trump policies will be in place but with the jobs numbers booming, and people saying that they are seeing strong sales, anecdotally, I don’t see a recession at all.
