The store clerks who beat a thief with a stick and then let him go free are now under investigation for assault.

According to KCRA the convenience stores was located in Stockton, California and the thief had already stolen from them two times before.

Now they are under investigation for defending their store from this thief? C’mon. He was trying to destroy their livelihood and they were defending it. Only in a liberal state like California would they make this thief a victim.
