Sean Spicer was on the Glenn Beck radio show earlier today and revealed to everyone how he’s the reason President Trump can fire anybody without backlash from the courts.

As Beck posted on X, this is the very, very short version:

“Stephen Miller and America First came to me and said, ‘we have an idea…Let’s go to court and make Joe Biden argue that he has the ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY to fire anybody.’

The idea that [Spicer v. Biden] has now become the basis for which President Trump can run around and say, ‘you’re fired,’ is amazing…It’s such sweet poetic justice.”
