Last night the panel on CNN was responding to the latest judge forbidding President Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan gangbanger terrorists from the country in their district, and Scott Jennings ripped into Democrats who think it’s okay for judges to determine when America is being invaded as opposed to the Commander-in-Chief.

Scott Jennings is exactly right and also, this isn’t hard. President Trump sent the military to the border to stop the invasion and he’s done it, because he has the power to determine if we are being invaded and to put a stop to it. Now he’s using the AEA to deport violent gangbanger terrorists who came over that border and he’s being told he can’t by a judge he suddenly doesn’t have this authority? It doesn’t make sense.
