Last night Scott Jennings was on Bill Maher’s HBO show and was kinda put on the spot by Maher when he suggested he was strongly considering a run to replace Mitch McConnell in the Senate.

The look on Jennings face tells us everything we need to know. He’s running:

Honestly he’d be stupid not to run. He’s extremely popular because of his job at CNN and how freaking well he does it, and he can ride that popularity right into the US Senate.

So yes, especially with that big smile, I think he’s definitely running and would vote for him if I lived in Kentucky.
