President Trump started in on Zelenskyy as soon as he greeted him at the White House, poking fun of him for the fact that he’s not dressed up for the occasion. 

I was expecting Zelenskyy to be more dressed up than this myself. After all, this is the White House and President Trump is trying to stop the war. 

But Zelenskyy’s probably still a bit sore over recent comments by Trump and, if I had to guess, I’d say Zelenskyy dressed this way intentionally as an insult back to Trump.
