Biden’s voice gets real quiet and a little raspy as he stars listing off the things he’s done over the last 3.5 years.

In that list, Biden said “I’m the guy that shut Putin down no one thought could happen.”

Exactly how did Biden shut Putin down???

Was it that time when Putin was building up his invasion force in early 2021 and Biden sent two warships to the Black Sea but had them turn around after Putin threatened war?

The war in Ukraine still rages after beginning in early 2022 so it can’t be that which Biden is talking about.

No, there has NEVER been a time that Biden shut Putin down. That was a bald-faced lie and Stephanopoulos, as well as the media at large, is completely ignoring it.
