Governor Gavin Newsome got very awkward yesterday over an uncomfortable question about leaders in his own legislature creating themselves new districts in his redistricting map.

Reporter Ashley Zavala says “Gov. Gavin Newsom’s response when I asked how Democratic CALeg leaders Pro Tem Mike McGuire and Speaker Robert Rivas could impact Prop 50 campaign. Both are responsible for proposed new Congressional maps, both are considering runs for Congress.”

Newsom got very shifty and looked visibly annoyed with the question.

This is supposed to be the answer to President Trump? If this is how he looks when he gets a question like this, Republicans will mop the floor with him.
