Fox News reporter Eric Shawn revealed this morning how the New York Appeals Court, to which Trump will be making the appeal of his felony conviction, is full of judges that have contributed to Democrats, including Hillary Clinton and Howard Dean. Some have even made contributions while they were on the bench.

Shawn reports: “We looked but could not find any records of any contributions that the justices may have given to Republican candidates, the Republican party, or the conservative party.”

It is possible that these Democrat judges can still be more fair than Merchan, who clearly had it out for Trump. But from the onset it appears Trump will have his work cut out for him, trying to convince judges who likely hate him that his rights have been egregiously violated.
