Democrats are running cover this morning for Biden Secretary Mayorkas over his border chaos in a House hearing this morning.

It’s despicable. In 2019 Democrats were rushing to the border to take photo ops to make the Trump administration look as bad as possible. But they’ve done nothing but defend Mayorkas and the Biden administration even though it is staggering levels of worse than it was in 2019.

Case in point. Rep. McClintock makes the point that encounters at the border are FIVE TIMES worse than 2019, however removals are down by 75%:
