He wants to go back to Congress? The dude sounds delirious.

The overwhelming answer to this is the drugs they gave him are wearing off. I’m no expert but that was my thought as well, just like in his debate with Trump in 2020. They had to drug him up to get him that lucid. But it only lasts so long…
