Last night CNN’s fact-checker Daniel Dale blew a hole in something Kamala Harris said in her first interview as the presidential nominee for the Democratic Party.

In the interview, when Dana Bash brought up the fact that Kamala had said in 2019 that she was absolutely in support of banning fracking, Kamala claimed that she made clear on the debate stage in 2020 that she had changed her mind about fracking.

But that’s just not true and Daniel Dale pointed it out:

It’s just nothing but more lies to explain her flip-flops on the very-strongly-held positions from her race for president in 2019.

And what’s really sad about all of this is that she wasn’t really challenged on any of these new positions. Bash barely asked her about her flip-flops, but never challenged her on any of it. It was pathetic.
