The top ranking Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee has gone on CNN to demand that Joe Biden drop out of the race.

Rep. Adam Smith was on with Jake Tapper and said Biden should step aside:

There’s a movement to get Kamala to the top of the ticket but Team Biden clearly is going to fight that as hard as they can.
