Andy McCarthy told Fox News this morning that he doesn’t think anything will happen today with Letitia James trying to seize Trump’s assets in New York City, adding that it will take a “herculean effort” for her to do so in the courts.

McCarthy explained that between the mortgages that Trump might have and the many LLC corporations his company has set up, it will take a while to figure all of this out in the courts.

He also adds that it would be mighty presumptuous for James to go ahead with enforcement when the appeals court has put this case on an expedited time frame and is hearing it today.
