While vacationing in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Biden seemed to forget that Ukraine isn’t part of NATO.

In his comments Biden called on Congress to come home and pass legislation funding NATO because it’s against the interest of the United States to walk away from Ukraine and let NATO split.
