“Everyone is talking about the death of ducks and cats in this town but I’d like to talk about the death of one very special person, my mother-in-law…”

That’s how a Springfield, Ohio woman began her talk to the members of the city council about her mother-in-law who was killed by a Haitian illegal. She said the illegal was driving recklessly when he hit Kathy Heaton who was just outside her home trying to bring her trash cans back to the House from the street.

The woman said nothing had ever been done to punish the Haitian illegal either.
