US Attorney Alina Habba has just announced that her office has charged Democrat Congresswoman McIver for assaulting ICE officers, and more, at the detention facility in Newark, New Jersey.

Specifically, she’s been charged with assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement.

Here’s the news:

This absolutely had to happen and you can be absolutely sure that the Attorney General approved of this, because it’s the right thing to do, especically when you have video evidence.
