Trump just can’t stop spouting lies about Governor DeSantis. Today he claimed that DeSantis sided with the communists in China and against our farmers.

But that’s just not true. Jeremy Redfern, the Governor’s press secretary, explains that this is easily debunked:

“This is an easily verifiable lie. Governor Ron DeSantis proposed and subsequently signed legislation that prevents the Chinese Communist Party from buying farmland in Florida.”

He threw in this graphic that illustrates exactly what DeSantis did:

Trump has had DeSantis living in his brain for the last nine months because he’s terrified that DeSantis is going to beat him. I just wish he would tell the truth about DeSantis and stop the lies. Or just don’t mention him at all. That would work too. But all this lying is turning people off to Trump and may hurt him in the long run.
