A transgender pretender and prominent activist in the Philadelphia area was just arrested for raping two young boys under the age of 13.

37-year-old Kendall Stephens is a male pretending to be a female and is now being charged by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General with <em>“rape, involuntary assault, obscenity to minors, corruption of minors, unlawful assault to minors and involuntary deviant sexual intercourse,” according to Fox 29.</em>
