Pollster Nate Silver called out CNN for cutting away from Trump’s speech last night after he won the Iowa Caucuses.

Former talking Mr. Potato Head from CNN tweeted that CNN cut away from the speech with Jake Tapper noting that Trump was “repeating his anti-immigrant rhetoric” or something:

Silver took to X today and called out CNN for doing this, saying the victory speech was newsworthy and that by doing it in such a “sanctimonious way,” that it would “further polarize the network’s audience.”

For a while CNN’s former CEO cared about polarizing their network audience, but since they’ve gotten rid of him I don’t think they care that much anymore. Either that or they just think Trump is the exception to the rule of covering newsworthy victory speeches. You know, because TRUMP.
