It’s being reported today that President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu had a heated phone call over the Iran nuclear deal, with Trump pushing hard for some kind of diplomatic solution and Netanyahu arguing against it.
Mark Levin retweeted this out, so I think he must believe the reporting from Raylan Givens:
I just don’t believe Iran would ever be honest enough to guarantee a diplomatic solution with their nuclear enrichment. A nuclear agreement with Iran was a terrible idea under Obama and I still believe it’s a terrible idea now.
I know Trump is a dealmaker, but making deals with the devil will always get you burned. And Israel is the biggest target of Iran, who wants to nuke them out of existence.
What I really hope is that Trump is only pursuing some diplomatic solution in the short-term so that he can say he tried, and then when it doesn’t work out, he’ll go through with a plan to bomb their nuclear facilities back to the stone-age.
