Ilhan Omar strikes again, pushing for a “ceasefire” between Israel and Hamas while calling for an “end to this atrocity”.

She tweeted this in response to some number of child deaths being put out by Hamas or something:

First of all, the number is likely fake and there are many responses calling it into question. The account posting it has this description: “Civil society organization dedicated to defending the human rights of Palestinian children living in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.”

Occupied? Um, not yet but it soon will be.

But more to the point, calling for a “ceasefire” is telling Israel it doesn’t have the right to defend itself. It’s an anti-Israel position at this point and it is completely untenable.
