CBS This Morning host Gayle King complained during their broadcast of President Trump’s inauguration that there weren’t enough black people in attendance. Seriously.
Norah O’Donnell joined in, pointing out that she saw Justice Ketanji Brown in the audience.
Here’s the video via End Wokeness:
I know it’s MLK Jr. day but what an absurd and kinda racist observation to make. I mean what exactly is the point? People either chose to attend or they didn’t. There were plenty of Democrats who decided to boycott. That’s their prerogative, but they could have been there if they wanted. Again, I just don’t get the damn point of this other than to infer that Trump is a president to only white people or something. Which is absurd considering that Trump won a more sizable chunk of the minority vote than Republicans have in over four decades.
For the record Obama was there, as was the Dem leader Hakeem Jeffries. Why couldn’t they see them?
