It looks like Kayleigh McEnany may be trying out to be the new Tucker Carlson. It was just announced today that she will be guest hosting all next week in the 8PM time slot:

Kayleigh was so good at being press secretary that I’d love to see how she’ll do hosting a newsy kind of show. She’s already had some TV experience before and after her time as press secretary and I’m betting she’ll do great.

But great enough to be the new Tucker?

I’ve been wondering who Fox News might put in that spot and clearly she’s on their radar. I really like the idea. She’s been very well liked in recent past, however I know Trump has taken issue with her lately. But if she does a good job and can generate decent ratings, she might stand a chance to take over the 8PM slot.
