Joe Biden went to a private fundraiser tonight in DC and tried to explain his poor debate performance by claiming he traveled around the world last month.

Biden said that because of this, he almost fell asleep on stage.

POTUS admitted that he did not have a good debate, said he wasnt very smart for traveling around the world a couple times before the debate.

I decided to travel around the world a couple of times … shortly before the debate … I didnt listen to my staff … and then I almost fell asleep on stage.

POTUS also apologized by saying he was sorry for the performance but stressed that it was critical to win the election.

Its not an excuse but an explanation, he said.

Biden was back in DC by the 17th and arrived in Camp David on the 20th of June. The debate wasn’t until the 27th, ten days after he got into DC. Is he blaming his debate performance on jet lag, which was 10 days after he got back into the country?

I’m not saying he wasn’t still jet lagged but if that’s the reason why he did so poorly, then what explains all of the other times he did the same thing???

Yeah, I think Biden really needs that donor cash and he’s grasping at straws and will say anything to keep them from abandoning him.
