John Fetterman is still struggling mightily with the aftermath of his stroke, which he and his campaign lied about last year in order to get him elected.

Fetterman was asked today to respond on the fly in a committee hearing to the I-95 collapse in Philadelphia and it didn’t go well at all:

This is really bad. He can’t even form a coherent sentence on the fly. He sounded like a broken record. It was clear that at some point someone was typing something for him to say on his iPad because all of a sudden he sounded more intelligible. And he was reading.

What the hell is he even doing in the Senate? He doesn’t like to dress like a Senator and won’t come onto the floor of the Senate to vote because he might have to wear a suit. And he’s clearly lost the ability to communicate and hasn’t gotten much better since his stroke last year. It’s hard to believe that this is the guy who beat Dr. Oz.
