A few days ago we told you about Bucks County election officials openly defying the state’s Supreme Court ruling on counting undated or misdated ballots.

The RNC has filed two lawsuits to try and stop this from happening and here’s the latest report from Fox News this morning:

Democrats in PA are openly defying court rulings from the state’s Supreme Court to benefit Bob Casey.

“People violate laws any time they want,” the Bucks County Commissioner said as she cast a vote Thursday to count certain deficient provisional ballots previously barred by court order.
