The Capitol doctor has now weighed in on Mitch McConnell after he’s been having these awkward pauses during press conferences recently.

McConnell had an MRI and the Capitol Doctor has consulted with others and now rules out several things including a stroke or Parkinson’s disease:

This is not exactly a ‘clean bill of health’ per se, but it does rule out a few serious disorders that might have explained these awkward pauses.

The Fox News doc Marc Siegel said that he’s satisfied with Brian Monahan signing off on this, adding that Monahan wouldn’t likely fabricate something like this because he has is own ethics and reputation to be concerned about.
