The White House says Joe Biden will veto the House bill which appropriates aid to Israel unless it also contains aid for Ukraine.

And Schumer won’t even take it up in the Senate on the same grounds:

If I were Speaker Johnson I would dare them all and call their bluffs. Maybe he won’t take it up and maybe Biden would veto it. But make them do it! Pass it in the House and force them to reject it.
