President-elect Trump suggested tonight that a Gaza deal is nearly done to bring hostages home.

It isn’t final yet, but Trump said his understanding was that “there’s been a handshake and they are getting it finished.”

But he underscored that “they have to get it done. If they don’t get it done, there’s going to be a lot of trouble out there.”

I hope Trump is right because as much as I’d love for Trump to light them all up, it’d be much easier right now if they’d get this agreement done and get the hostages home.
