In a phone interview with NBC’s Kristin Welker, President Trump informed her that he’s “pissed off” at Russian President Vladimir Putin and is threatening new tariffs on all Russian oil. 

Welker said Trump didn’t like it when Putin began talking about the credibility of Ukraine President Zelenskyy and calling for new leadership.
