


The Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray has just announced the charges for Charlie Kirk’s lunatic assassin and the penalty he will seek, which will be the death penalty.

Below are the charges:
- Aggravated murder
- Felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury
- Two counts of obstruction of justice
- Two counts of witness tampering
- The commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child
According to Gray, the suspect’s DNA was also found on the gun trigger:
BREAKING: Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin has been charged with aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, two counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering, and commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.
Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray will seek the death penalty and the defendant will be held without bail.
According to a criminal complaint, the suspect’s DNA was found on the trigger of the gun used to kill Kirk. The suspect told his roommate to “delete his incriminating text messages.”
