White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt this morning torched the White House garbage press for their continuing obsession with the identity of the DOGE administrator.

She also affirmed, once again, that Elon Musk and DOGE are working with the Cabinet secretaries and their staff to find all of this waste, fraud and abuse, and that they are taking DOGE’s advice.

Meaning that DOGE is just advising these departments on getting rid of the waste, fraud and abuse. Elon Musk isn’t unilaterally doing any of this. He’s in an advisory role. But because of the PRESIDENT’s executive orders about DOGE, these departments are taking Musk and DOGE’s advice seriously and getting rid of it.
