James O’Keefe just caught a Biden White House advisor holdover named Byron Cohen admitting how he and other deep staters in the administration are going to crush incoming HHS Secretary RFK Jr.
O’Keefe got this in one of his secret ‘date’ interviews but in this instance, O’Keefe was there listening in the background the entire time and Cohen never sees him.
Cohen says there are ways of slowing things down, something he’d considering doing, to keep RFK Jr. from being effective. One of those ways, he says, is to commission a study on something and then never do it.
He says “a sophisticated bureaucrat can do a lot to run circles around an unsophisticated political appointee.”

Here’s the writeup from O’Keefe:
“They joke about the ‘deep state,’ but to some degree, it’s real,” admitted Byron Cohen (@ByronCohenMA), an advisor at the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, to an undercover OMG journalist. Cohen, a holdover from the Biden Administration, is currently lent to the office through the Horizon Institute for Public Service. He revealed the extent to which the bureaucracy operates with its own hidden priorities and safeguards, adding, “It’s not just a matter of ordering people to do things. They have ways to slow things down or block you without you realizing it.”
Cohen exposed how federal agencies protect their own interests, revealing, “An agency isn’t going to want to give up money or control without a fight.” He explained that bureaucracies can “slow-walk” initiatives or “pretend to work really hard on something when they’re not.” According to Cohen, “a sophisticated bureaucrat can do a lot to run circles around an unsophisticated political appointee.”
Discussing the appointment of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (@RobertKennedyJr) as Secretary of Health and Human Services (@HHSGov), Cohen expressed strong disapproval, stating, “RFK Jr. is a very bad pick for HHS,” and claiming, “For the most part, the American people don’t actually agree with RFK’s views on things like vaccines.” Cohen went on to say, “I’m hoping someone just puts him in a closet,” and added, “I mean, I honestly think that it’s probably a good chance that the bureaucracy just crushes him.” He concluded by asserting that Kennedy will struggle to gain the necessary cooperation to advance his agenda, admitting, “The bureaucracy will do what is in its own interests.”
OMG has reached out to White House officials for comment. We have yet to receive a response.
