Governor DeSantis was asked about President Trump endorsing Byron Donalds for Governor, and he’s really not impressed with Donalds as a candidate.

The biggest concern of DeSantis is that whomever comes behind him as Governor not let the state regress into what it was before he got there, which he says can easily happen. And based on his remarks, he clearly doesn’t feel like Donalds is the man for that job, suggested that Donalds loves to campaign more than he does getting things done.

When Donalds first came on the scene I was a big fan. But what gave me a bad taste in my mouth for him was when he sided with Kamala Harris, who lied about Florida’s education policy regarding the ‘personal benefits of slavery’. You can revisit that here if you like, but every since that day I’ve not been a fan because that was an asinine position to take. And that told me everything I need to now about him.
