It didn’t just happen to Joe Biden. It turns out that staffers, likely all over Capitol Hill, are using the autopen to make sign documents for their boss without their knowledge.

In this instance, James O’Keefe catches a special assistant for Senator Ed Markey admitting to using the autopen without his Senator’s knowledge or permission. In fact, he says that’s how other staffers do it for Markey as well.
