When has Joe Biden ever made a seemingly impromptu call into a Democrat cable news channel like MSNBC to talk about anything? I can’t remember any time recently, for sure.

But this morning he did just that to try and calm down the calls for his ouster in this presidential race.

I don’t now how he thought it was going to go but I don’t think it went well at all.

Biden told Joe and Mika that it drives him nuts for people to keep talking about his mental decline:

 
When Biden was just trying to get out a statement on his defense of his candidacy, he appeared to be reading from a teleprompter because he referred to himself in the third person:

That’s the interview in a nutshell. Biden is tripling down that he is not leaving the race and his doing his best to tamp down calls for him to quit. Although, as I suggested, I really don’t think it is working.
