It’s being reported now that two House Democrats rudely forced their way into a meeting between House Speaker Johnson and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.

Politico reports they barged in to the meeting to grill Bessent about Elon Musk’s DOGE getting access to the Treasury payment system.

Reps. Judy Chu (D-Calif.) and Gwen Moore (D-Wisc.) barged into House Speaker Mike Johnson’s office unscheduled on Wednesday and challenged him about Elon Musk’s team gaining access to a sensitive payment system at the Treasury Department.

Their intrusion, amid an escalation of Democratic backlash against Musk’s sweep through the federal government, came shortly after Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent arrived at the speaker’s office to discuss how to implement President Donald Trump’s tax agenda.

However, Moore said that Bessent was not in the room when she and Chu confronted Johnson.

A person who witnessed the episode at Johnson’s office denounced Chu’s and Moore’s actions.

“In the face of incredibly rude, extremely aggressive and frankly unhinged behavior, the Speaker was more than gracious and allowed the members into his personal office to hear their concerns,” said the person, who asked not to be named to freely discuss the matter.

Fox News Chad Pergram was given a similar statement, that the Speaker was gracious and allowed them to air their grievances:

Fox confirms that Reps. Judy Chu (D-CA) and Gwen Moore (D-WI) forced themselves into a meeting House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-WI) had with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.

A source who witnessed the interaction characterized this as “rude” and “extremely aggressive.” However, Fox is told Johnson was “gracious” and allowed Chu and Moore to come in so they could air their concerns.

Democrats hate the fact that DOGE is essentially auditing the federal government. They think they have something with this Treasury payment system, but they don’t. This is what America voted for and no one will care about their phony outrage over this.

And DOGE is only getting started…
