Former President Trump had made an appeal to the Georgia Court of Appeals to have the disgraced Fani Willis removed from her case against him after the lower judge overseeing the case had denied his request.

Now it’s being reported that the state appeals court has just approved Trump’s request for appeal and will hear arguments on why Willis should be disqualified:

I don’t believe a date has been set yet for the appeal, but this is huge news and a victory for Trump.
