The ridiculous and phony sentencing for President-elect Trump is now underway in New York.

Trump is appearing virtually and, as is shown on Fox News right now, the prosecutors just agreed with and recommended the unconditional discharge to Judge Juan Merchan.

The sentencing is not being videoed.

Andy McCarthy just said on Fox News that this ‘unconditional discharge’ is proof that Alvin Bragg was never serious about this case. McCarthy once again pointed out that the business records charge was only a misdemeanor but was elevated to a felony because they claim Trump used it to ‘steal’ the presidential election in 2016.

Jonathan Turley adds that all of this can be expunged from Trump’s record when he wins his appeal, of which he says Trump has a very good case, especially considering all of the ‘layers of error’ that happened in Judge Juan Merchan’s courtroom.

As I and many others have pointed out, this sentencing right now is only to create the narrative that President Trump is the only president to be inaugurated as a convicted felon. That’s all this is about.

Add to this Jack Smith’s report that will come out next week and the media will have all they need to start Trump’s new term in office with as much scandal as they can generate. The only problem is that none of it will do anything to Trump. He got elected, in part, because of all this and the people know it is nothing but an evil hoax being forced upon him.
