Donald Trump has appealed to the highest court in the land to overturn the activist Colorado Supreme Court decision which ruled that he shouldn’t be on the ballot.

However given they stayed that ruling pending appeal, Turley points out that the Supreme Court doesn’t have to act because, by virtue of the self-imposed stay, Trump will be on the ballot if the high court does nothing.
