The state of Texas has just won a major lawsuit against Joe and Kamala over their attempt to legalize hundreds of thousands of illegals who are married to US citizens.

Federal judge J. Campbell Barker (TX) has just thrown out the Biden administration’s attempt to legalize hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants married to U.S. citizens via “parole in place”, ruling that DHS lacks statutory authority” to carry out the “Keeping Families Together” program, and it is unlawful.

Texas, @America1stLegal, and a coalition of more than a dozen other states sued DHS to block the program, and they’ve won.

I know you’re all wondering, just as I was – Judge Barker was appointed by President Trump.

Since this is a district court ruling in Texas, you can be sure it will get appealed to the 5th Circuit. But hopefully it continues to fail as it goes up the latter.
