Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has won his battle with the despicable and corrupt St. Louis Attorney Kim Gardner.
Gardner had refused to resign after she allowed a armed robbery suspect awaiting trial to remain free. He crashed his car and severely injured a 16-year-old girl, who lost both of her legs.
But that refusal suddenly changed when the AG fulfilled his promise to have her ousted and the legislature was moving to allow the governor to file a special prosecutor:
As a reminder, Gardner was the one who was prosecuted the McCloskeys in 2020. This ousting has been a long time coming and the day has finally come – what a wonderful day for the city of St. Louis.
Let’s just hope the same citizens who elected her don’t elect someone as corrupt to replace her.
