The Senate just advanced President Trump’s nominee for Health and Human Services, Robert Kennedy Jr, by a partisan vote of 52-46. 

With a vote like that, I think RFK Jr may just squeak by with a majority vote. However you never know which RINOS will vote to advance but not to confirm.
