Secretary of State Marco Rubio has just announced new restrictions on Cuba over their “exploitative labor program”.

Rubio says they are going to begin restricting the issuance of visas to Cuban officials and those in other countries who are responsible for this forced labor program.

Here’s what he announced:

The United States is expanding its Cuba-related visa restriction policy. The State Department has taken steps to restrict visa issuance to Cuban and complicit third-country government officials and individuals responsible for Cuba’s exploitative labor export program. We will promote accountability for the Cuban regime for oppressing its people and those who profit from forced labor.
