Earlier today it was reported by multiple news outlets that Rudy Giuliani admitted in court that he lied about the 2020 election or something. I chose to ignore it because the article I read on it made it sound like it wasn’t much of an admission.

Well now Giuliani has gone on the record to explain what the filing actually meant and he says today’s reporting was absolute fake news:

Giuliani says he hasn’t turned against Trump in any way because Trump is innocent and he didn’t admit any deceit on his part in his lawsuit. Rather, Giuliani says that in order to reach the merits of a lawsuit he “didn’t contest the earlier portion of it with a clear statement that it was no admission of whether it was true or false.”
