It’s being reported that Biden will authorize a military response to the attack this weekend that killed three American soldiers and wounded 40 more.

As early as tonight, President Joe Biden will authorise US military action in the Middle East.

It is likely to be one of the most consequential decisions of his presidency.

At stake, the credibility of American deterrence and the teetering stability of the region.

There’s nothing more to this reporting and I would expect it’s probably true. It should be pretty dark overthere right now so I would expect something any time now, if not already.

But like I said earlier, I’m not getting my hopes up that this will be as significant as it needs to be. Knowing Biden it will be there bare minimum and won’t deter anything.
