It’s just been reported that police in Maine have surrounded a home where Robert Card is staying and are ordering him to come out with his hands up.

Here’s the latest that we know from an Anchor/Reporter with WMTWTV:

“BREAKING: Police are surrounding a residence on Meadow Road in Bowdoin and saying over a megaphone “Robert Card, you’re under arrest. We know you’re inside, come out with your hands up, we don’t want anyone to get hurt.” My photographer and I are going inside our car out of caution. Will provide updates when we have them.”
