The great Mark Levin has just responded to the Trump-appointed federal judge who is blocking President Trump from sending the National Guard to Portland, in order to protect federal agents and buildings.

Here’s what he wrote:

These federal judges are as lawless as the violent, riotous mobs who are attacking ICE with the support of the local and state Democrat officials. I don’t care who appointed the judge. The fact is that the President is enforcing federal immigration laws, which the local and state officials refuse to enforce. They claim sanctuary status, the purpose of which is to unlawfully and unconstitutionally nullify federal law.

Despite these judges writing opinions that are more political than legal in nature, they’re way out of the line. They are making it more difficult for the President to deport illegal aliens who were illegally and systematically brought into our country by the Democrats’ open borders policies. That’s the goal.

I hope the appeal by the federal government has been submitted this morning to the 9th Circuit and this lawless ruling gets undone by the end of the day, or soon. It just doesn’t make sense to me that the C-in-C can’t send domestic military troops to protect federal assets in a given city. That’s all he’s trying to do.
